Personal Chef Meal Service
How Does It Work?
First, you will receive a free,
no-obligation consultation. We will visit you in your home to discuss our
service, your needs, and any special allergy and/or dietary requirements.
We will review your taste preferences and our meal service plans.
Additionally, we will tour your kitchen to get an understanding of equipment and
supplies on hand.
If you decide to move ahead with our
service, we will schedule cook dates, discuss container options and the first
week's menu. If you have family favorite recipes that you would like us to
use, it is recommended that you make a copy so we can take it with us.
On the morning of the cook date,
we will do the shopping so that we use the freshest, highest-quality seasonal ingredients
available. We will bring any special equipment, pots/pans, knives,
utensils, etc. and
prepare meals per your specifications. All containers are
labeled, with the name of the item, number of servings and date.
Additionally, we will leave heating instructions with you.
Then our kitchen fairies go to work.
We will clean up and leave your kitchen just as we found it.
