   MEET THE CHEFS

 CHEF ANGELA (Culinary Education)

Chef Angela's desire to become a personal chef and caterer began when she was a child, cooking and baking for holidays and large family functions. Over the years, she worked and managed several family restaurants and franchises.

Angela went on to develop her pastry expertise through intensive training at the Wilton School for Cake Decorating with award winning pastry chef and sugar artist Mark Seaman and received her Certificat L'Art de la Pâtisserie from The French Pastry School.  She trained with world renowned Chefs, Sebastien Canonne M.O.F., Jacquy Pfeiffer, Sebastien Thieffine, John Kraus, Bob Hartwig, Laura Ragano and Nicholas Lodge.     

Angela continued her culinary education at Kendall College.  She received her Professional Cookery Certificate and trained with Chicago’s Award Winning Chef, Pierre Pollin, former owner of the famed Le Titi de Paris in Arlington Heights, IL.

Chef Angela is a Chicago native and began Majestic Living in 2005. She holds a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Before pursuing her dream of going back to her culinary roots, she worked in HR Management for over 15 years. 

Angela's cuisine has been inspired by family, mentors, her culinary education and experience and her travels throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. 

Memberships:  American Personal & Private Chef Association (APPCA), Women Chefs and Restaurateurs and the International Cake Decorating Exploration Societe, International Special Events Society, American Culinary Federation.

IL Certifications: Illinois ServeSafe Sanitation Certification, Chicago Certified Foodservice Manager Certification.
